I took a Chi Running workshop with Michal in July of 2014. I had been running for a while, but I didn't know how to take it to the next level. I was also aware that my knees and ankles were protesting a bit about the running I was doing. Learning Chi Running not only took me to the next level, but way beyond it. My running has improved hugely in every where. I run shorter distances much faster, and I am able to run much further than I ever imagined I would. I find running intensely therapeutic – just me and the metronome. Chi Running also changed my posture and how I hold myself when I'm not running. It's been a really powerful experience, and one I recommend thoroughly.
